Thanks to his high reputation, he has been asked by Oracle to join as Marketing Manager Applications DE&CH and EMEA Agile PLM, where he was responsible for a 700 percent pipeline growth within only 2 years.

With proven senior management experience and a broad overview over all key industries worldwide, Edmund’s expertise is welcome in large international customer projects in Europe and the U.S.. He is a sought-after speaker at international conferences, has published several expert articles in diverse media and has been interviewed by trade magazines several times. Mary U. Drost
The Client Side:Always fascinated by technological innovations, Mary U. Drost started her industry career as Manager Public Relations in the main offices of MBB (Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm), a world-leading melting pot of high-tech in aviation, aerospace, defense, photovoltaics, biomass and wind power (e.g. BO105, BK117, Airbus, Tornado, Ariane, Galileo, Transrapid, ICE, Monopteros), where she implemented the first industry-wide recruitment campaign for BDLI, the German Aerospace Industries Association, with outstanding results. She guided international visitor tours, explaining the technologies, and prepared interviews with the management board.
Given the chance to play an active role in the ground-breaking, company-wide Change Management process based on latest methods and led by Thomas Sattelberger, Mary moved to the main offices of the newly formed parent company DASA/EADS. There she managed the International High-Potential Managers Group and PR Projects of the HR Executive Board, implemented company-wide, cross-hierarchical change management processes and HR development programs for executives and furthermore comprehensive HR awareness and recruiting programs on leading international air shows such as ILA, Le Bourget and Farnborough. Additionally, she supported the PR projects during the second German Spacelab mission STS-55 (D2 mission).
Offered an opportunity to establish worldwide corporate communications, Mary moved to the main offices of debis Daimler Interservices as Director Corporate Communications, where she managed worldwide corporate communications of the Corporate Financial Services and the Corporate Insurance business units. She was responsible for the global corporate communications of 60 subsidiaries in 20 countries as well as for employee communications, she managed the project to set up a corporate intranet and took part in the Internet task force at Daimler’s main offices.
